This summer, not so summer break started with a high note. I remember receiving the email from my current manager informing me of the opportunity to intern with Nadine Meisel in Spain. Well knowing my circumstances, I still allowed myself to get excited since a little excitement does not harm..You see this is what I've always done; I apply for opportunities just for the sake of it. Sometimes to try my luck and other times to just say I at least did something productive with my time on the internet. 40 percent of the time I have gotten the opportunities but I 10 percent of the 40 percent.
Many of the opportunities have turned out to be at 40/60. 40 percent of the time I have gotten the opportunities but I 10 percent of the 40 percent is when I made an effort to go beyond the first step after the acceptance. However, after this last application, I have decided to go beyond the first step. I am setting myself up for the wild world of possibilities beyond the acceptance letters and I look forward to more amazing and beautiful opportunities.

Funny how unconventional things happen when we least expect them. The universe has its way of working out stuff for us. Hope you'll have a good internship experience.
